David Law教授简介：

Dr David Law is a Senior Lecturer at RMITUniversity, Melbourne Australia. He has published over 50 journal papers and ispresently a member of the RILEM committee on “Characteristics of thesteel/concrete interface and their effect on initiation of chloride-inducedreinforcement corrosion” He has previously been a lecturer at Heriot WattUniversity in Edinburgh and worked for both Maunsell and Taywood Engineering inthe UK as a Senior Engineering their Materials Divisions. His principalresearch interests are the corrosion and durability of structures. Thepresentation will cover the Durability, Corrosion and Whole Life Management ofReinforced Concrete Structures. This will include an introduction to corrosionmechanisms and methods on monitoring as well as current research areas on theresidual protection of Impressed Current Cathodic Protection, the effect ofcorrosion on bond strength and corrosion initiation of steel in geopolymerconcrete.
